About Regulation Expert

Regulation Expert is an information and consultancy service. Our aim is to inform and assist with all aspects of regulatory affairs of interest to the Fragrance, Flavour, Essential Oils and Ingredients industries.

We do this by providing information through the Regulation Expert website and pointing to other expert Resources across this complex range.

Regulation Expert is a part of Orchadia. Orchadia was formed in July 2006 by Penny Williams, Perfumer & Regulatory Expert. Orchadia is engaged to assist with regulatory affairs, fragrance training, fragrance development and trouble shooting.

Penny sits on the technical committee of the British Fragrance Association where she is one of the Ingredient experts, and is also a full member of the British Society of Perfumers.
